Nick Goldhawk is a Toronto-based lawyer. Nick has practiced exclusively in labour and employment law since his articling term in 2016, followed by his call to the Ontario Bar in 2017.

Nick has extensive experience in employment law. He has appeared before courts, appeal courts, human rights tribunals, labour boards and private arbitrations across Canada.

Prior to opening Goldhawk Employment Law, Nick worked at several prominent Toronto law firms, and served as the national employment group lead at a well-known disability law firm in Toronto.

Before becoming a lawyer, Nick obtained a journalism degree and worked as a TV journalist, following in the footsteps of his father, Dale Goldhawk, former proprietor of the goldhawk-dot-com domain. Nick applies journalistic instincts, inquisitiveness, and direct writing style to his legal practice.
